About The Event

TAG Performance is pleased to present the 2020 Reset and Rebalance Workshop!

The end of the year is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and rebalance our minds and bodies before embarking on a new year with new challenges and adventures.  In this workshop, our team will be leading you through a series of sessions based around the pillars of wellness: movement, nutrition, mindset, and recovery.  These sessions are designed to reflect the theme of "Reset and Rebalance" to support your transition from 2020 to 2021.  

Workshop Itinerary

8:00am-9:00am Restorative Movement Flow* with Coach Jess, MA, CSCS, TSAC-F, XPS

9:00am-9:40am Food = Energy* with Chef Lauren Ginn

10:00am-10:45am Mindlessness vs. Mindfulness* with Art Ginley, MA, LPCC

10:45am-11:00am Closing Recovery with Coach Jess

*Each main session will close with a brief Q&A with our facilitators.

**This virtual workshop is the first of a new series of Wellness Workshops coming in 2021.  Stay tuned for upcoming events!
