About The Event

Have you been told that you need to develop a stronger core?  Or perhaps, you suspect so yourself?  Are you confused by all the different approaches to core training?  We’ll guide you through a simple, effective, and repeatable workout to build strength and stability between your shoulders and hips!

This 90-minute, virtual workout is the complete package for functional core strength!  Learn how to develop resilience the way the pros do - no athletic background required.  And added bonus, no fancy weights or gym equipment are needed!

Coach Jess will be leading the entire workout, coaching attendees to assist with proper technique, and offering movement modifications as needed.  This workout is friendly to all ability levels from beginner to competitive athlete.  While this is a guided group workout, it is completely self-paced and attendees are encouraged to take breaks as desired.  Attendees are encouraged to fuel and hydrate appropriately prior to attending; it is not recommended to exercise with no fuel in the tank.
