About The Event
Dealing with nagging back pain? Does your upper or lower back feel overly fatigued or achy? Are you struggling to maintain proper alignment and posture? Does sitting all day cause upper or lower back discomfort? Do you feel less mobile than you once were?
This 90-minute, virtual session is packed with corrective exercises, feel-good movement flows, and gentle stretching designed to restore spinal mobility and improve alignment.* Coach Jess will be providing individualized feedback and coaching to attendees to ensure proper technique/positioning and to offer movement modifications as needed.

- Full Size Foam Roller - 36" (High Density recommended)
- Two Tennis Balls

This event will be hosted live on Google Meet. Upon registration, you will be sent a calendar invite from TAG Performance with the link to the video conference. You do not need a Google account to attend this event, just a valid email address!
*This session is designed to accommodate a wide range of ability levels. It is recommended that anyone choosing to attend be comfortable completing the following tasks: balancing on a single leg (with or without minor support), kneeling, sitting, and lying on the floor, maintaining a plank position from the hands, getting up from the ground with ease.
