About The Event

Do your knees flare up anytime you’re not on flat ground?  Does high-impact movement jostle your hips and/or knees? Do your legs feel unstable?  Or, are you in the middle of your off-season?  Start this year off strong by building solid hips and knees that last all-year long!

This 90-minute, virtual session contains everything you need to learn how to care for your hips and knees, minimize pain, and develop strength and stability from the ground up.  No fancy weights or gym equipment needed!

Coach Jess will be leading the entire sessions, providing individualized feedback and coaching attendees to ensure proper technique, and offering movement modifications as needed.  This workout is friendly to all ability levels from beginner to competitive athlete.  While this is a guided group workout, it is completely self-paced and attendees are encouraged to take breaks as desired.

Equipment Needed:

  • Foam Roller (Full Size - 36” Recommended)
  • Lacrosse Ball (OR Tennis Ball for Less Pressure)
  • Exercise Sliders OR Hand Towel for Smooth Flooring/Paper Plate for Carpet
  • Floor Space to Move and Blank Wall Space for Support

Optional Equipment:

  • Yoga or Stretching Mat (Optional - Your Preference)
  • Chair (For Stability and Support)
  • Free Weights and/or Improvised Weights
  • Pillow (For Padding)

This event will be hosted live on Google Meet.  Upon registration, you will be sent a calendar invite from TAG Performance with the link to the video conference.  You do not need a Google account to attend this event, just a valid email address!

*This session is designed to accommodate a wide range of ability levels.  It is recommended that anyone choosing to attend be comfortable completing the following tasks: bodyweight squats or squats to a chair/box, balancing on a single leg (with or without minor support), kneeling, sitting, and lying on the floor, getting up from the ground with ease.
