Friday Workout Challenge! 🏋🏻‍♀️ Something fun and different that you can do with no weights or makeshift weights at home. Since I teach a large group of students at the University, we’ve had to get creative in the past when equipment was scarce. So, I had them perform the first 4 movements across the floor with their backpacks! Want to get some fun looks from your athletes? Ask them to crab walk! One of these days I’ll have to do an “animal” movement workout as well. It’s amazing how much a novel movement can instantly shake things up and add a play-like element to your training.

I guarantee you’ll get some smiles out of this one! 😁 Another way to gamify your training... perform this as a race with your favorite training partner or even your kids! The single-leg RDLs can be performed walking, so turn this into a friendly race! 🏃🏻‍♀️ Happy Fri-YAY Team! 😎
