Off Season Base-Building Level 2 is a 2x/week program with two, 4-week blocks of training (8 weeks total). Each training day features total body training featuring a combination of lower-push, lower-pull, upper-push, upper-pull, stability, and core-specific movements. Full gym access/equipment is required for this program.

 

  • Training Schedule: 2 Days/Week for 8 Weeks
  • Training Level: Intermediate to Intermediate+
  • Complexity of Movements (1-5): 2-3
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform a trap bar deadlift, back squat with a barbell, hinge from the hips with a flat back, hollow body hold, lateral plank.
  • Equipment Needed: Full Gym Access
